Getting started
How do I sign up?
Download the app, register with your phone number, and verify the OTP we text you. You then complete a short identity check before you can accept jobs.
Is there a fee to join?
No. Signing up and using the app is free. FieldBas earns a fee from the businesses posting work, not from you.
Which phones are supported?
Android 8.0 and above, with a working camera and GPS. An iOS app is planned.
Jobs & payment
How much do jobs pay?
Every job shows its exact payout before you accept. It varies by task and location — most short jobs pay between ₦1,000 and ₦5,000.
When do I get paid?
After you submit your work and the company approves it. Approved payouts are sent to your bank account through a licensed payment provider, usually within 1–2 business days.
What if my work is rejected?
The reviewer will tell you why and can ask for a re-do. If you disagree, you can open a dispute from the job screen.
Can I lose a job I accepted?
If you don't start within the time window, or a check fails (for example you're not at the location), the job can be reassigned.
On the job
Why does the app check my location?
To confirm you're actually at the job site when you check in. Your location is only used during an active job, not in the background.
What evidence do I need to take?
Each job has a checklist that tells you exactly which photos and details are required. You can't submit until it's complete.
What if I have no network on site?
The app works offline. Your checklist and photos are saved and upload automatically once you're back online.
